Highlight Community App
Late 2024 I got the opportunity to work with the team to make updates to the community app. Highlight’s unique positioning is a thoughtful and mission-driven community of testers who are known as Highlighters: real people who test products at home and send honest feedback straight to the brands that make them.
My work centered on evolving the app to make it more clear for the product testing and to connect new tools to this experience while we were at it. This project involved leadership/stakeholder workshops since we were in the midst of a rebrand on the customer side but wanted to give ourselves a great starting place on the community side.
